What is the operating process of the vibrating plate

The factory has certain factory regulations to stipulate that employees must work well. Knowing the operation process of the vibration plate can bring a certain production efficiency and protect the personal safety of the operators. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the operation process of the vibration plate.

In order to save auxiliary materials, the specially designed automatic auxiliary material bucket can automatically feed auxiliary materials to the vibrating plate, and the size of the vibration switch can be adjusted for more or less discharge. When you see that the switch is powered, you can sense that the feeding track is full, and the vibrating plate will stop automatically. If you encounter empty material, you need to turn off the vibrating plate and start it again, because the empty or full material time is too long and the indicator light will light up. In order to save electricity and extend the life of the vibrating plate, you need to remember this operation. When it senses that the vibrating plate is out of material, the switch should be controlled to let it automatically feed the barrel to the vibrating plate. The linear feeder can connect the distance between the vibrating plate and the machine track, so that the feeding is more smooth and not easy to jam .
